Called about renewal as my service expires in about a week. I plan on renewing for the 5 years as I'm happy with them and they've improved so much since I first started with them back in 2007. More reliable and much cheaper than AT&T.

This company draws you in takes your money, they send you their device if the device doesn't work they don't replace it. They want you to buy another device. you cannot get your money back either for payment on the plan. BEWARE!
