So I decided to call the number and it’s sprint, I told them they made an unauthorized charge of 534.38 and I talked to two people at first and they were saying they’re so sorry and we will give you your money back and she stated that someone from sprint from the “back office will call me within 24-48 hours and guess what no one did so I called back to speak with someone and now this person tells me there’s been no charge on this account call your bank. They are LIARS AND NEED TO BE STOPPED they will not refund you your money like they should but your bank will and that’s how they like it because at the end of the day they still got money out of you.

I did a survey for Sprint two days ago and this dude called me asking if my mom was there. I said you have the wrong number dude. He said “ok do you know -my moms name-?” i said “yes why?”. He said “okay its about a survey you took” and i said “okay that was me not my mom. What was the survey about?” I asked to make sure it wasn’t a scam and I don’t know if he was confused but he replied with “its a survey mam”. I said “i know but whats the survey about?” Again he said “its a survey mam” And then I hung up. It’s kind of strange for someone to call uou and not tell you who they work for and what theyre calling you about specifically.

They called and left a message that I cannot understand but even with my phone translator on, it couldn’t understand them but they left a different number to call them back and I googled that number and it has really bad ratings 855-869-9050 is the number they left but I never called it back. Too many negative ratings
