I had a blue screen and came across this number thinking they were actually Microsoft. Made lots of phone calls to them, but support was poor and computer wasn't fixed. They even asked for remote access to my computer, which I agreed to, thinking they were Microsoft. All in all, the calls cost me about £50, and I still had to pay my local computer shop £55 to fix it
