This is a legitimate Microsoft call center, I work in IT and this is where callbacks for premier support tickets come from. Based on the other comments, I assume some scammers spoof this number as part of their charade.

Scam call pretending to be Microsoft. Say that you are risk of being hacked and want to get rid of risk by having access to your computer. I was suspicious and called Microsoft and they said its a scam call, they do not call people in this way.
