Delivery that was not for us. refused to remove our number (Call centre) reported by


Past few days have had multiple calls from Sears delivery for a dryer that we clearly told them we did not order and that they had the wrong number. Today received a text about the same dryer delivery. Called to let them know once again that they had the wrong number. Very rude customer service rep insisted that she needed our full name number and email. After letting them know that they did not need our information other than the phone number to remove it. She would not relent. I finally threatened to turn them into the BBB at which point she hung up.
