Advent Health Debt Collector. I did not answer this particular call, but in the past, they have always been polite and courteous. I owe the money, just can't pay right now. When I told them this, they said they would not call for 30 days and then have will resume efforts to reach me. They call maybe twice a week and always leave voice mail, either robo-voice or live person. Compared to other debt collectors, these people are actually humans who show empathy, even though they still have a job to do.
