Some Chinese recording called. As far as I know UPS don't call you. It would leave a paper notice at your front door. Or if you had ordered something shipped by UPS you would have a tracking # or email notice. But I did not have anything and this call told me I had a package. Next time if it calls me again I will find out what behind it.

I was called with someone speaking in Chinese and saying that I had a package held or couldn't be sent, I couldn't fully understand but when I asked for English translation, they said all (English) lines are busy and kept insisting on talking to me, or giving me a manager to talk. Didn't make sense to me to direct me to someone else who doesn't speak my mother language to help me understand and when I asked them to spell my name and they said the wrong one, they hung up.
