The dude is to scam you into paying your electric bill or turning off service. My electric bill was paid and I logged onto my account to make sure and he says that its better to pay the bill again and then he can credit my account if for some reason I paid twice. Then he actually said if I pay it now he will radio the guy to not turn off my service. FOR ALL WHO HAVE DEALT WITH UTILITY COMPANIES - YOU KNOW THEY DO NOT CARE OR DO NOT MAKE ANY SPECIAL EFFORT TO KEEP YOUR SERVICE FROM TURNING OFF. When I told him I wasn't paying, he said, "Fine. You do you." Click. Needless to say, my electricity is still on.

This number has been calling me off the hook saying my PG&E will be shut off in 30 minutes due to non payment. I finally decided to talk to someone and told them I do not have PG&E so please remove my number and he hung up on me. Not professional=not legit.

I do not think this is PG&e. The message was completely in Spanish and talk said something about disconnect. If PG&e calls and it's going to turn power off it's going to be in English also so that I know they're going to turn the power off. I think this is a scam or spoof call.
