I received a call regarding a credit I received for trading points from resort timeshare vacation to a cruise from several years ago. I was not notified regarding a credit when I booked a cruise last year and for the cruise I plan to take in September. After listening to the rep. the catch is that based on the cruise I might take within the next couple of years and to get the credit, I would have to pay a fee. I don't believe in paying for something "free" to get it! Customer service rep. was annoyed when I asked him to send this information via mail (snail or electronic). He refused to stating that the rate may change based on the day. Didn't make a lot of since! I told him if I didn't get the offer in writing explaining the credit, I wasn't interested and if the offer is legitimate, than it shouldn't be a problem sending the information. Beware!

This number belongs to RCI. It's a timeshare place. I have a timeshare with them so it's not a spam call to me. They only called me because I asked them to call me back.

I'm not a member nor do I have an account with them, it's called PHISHING SCAM TO STEAL YOUR INFO AND MONEY. Don't answer or give them your info. Not legitimate. I've read others reviews on other search engines and various calls claims to have more than five business names=FRAUD PHISHING SCAM.
