I received a call from this number. It is a robo call and threatened my power will be shut off if I don't pay immediately. First of all, I am not an Ameren customer. I Google'd the number, and it is a legitimate phone number for Ameren, HOWEVER, this number has been spoofed and it is NOT really from Ameren. The Google search took me to an Ameren webpage that said people are being called with this message, and Ameren will NEVER call and demand immediate payment over the phone. BEWARE!!

person could barely speak english said they were turning off our (Robocall) reported by 24.107.58.xxx
the automated call said 30 min and our electric was being shut off for non-payment gave number to call back as 1-877-403-5550 well we are in Missouri not Illinois for starters 2) why would someone with the ability to barely speak our language be answering the phones at an English-speaking company. Any persons saying this is not a scam are probably the scammers. They asked us for the number we were calling from not what is the number listed on our account and it been thirty minutes still NO AMEREN UE!
