This 800-777-4681 is NOT with sprint. I called sprint customer service and reported the call they looked up the number and verified it as a scam call. They said to block it and they were going to pass this on. The lady originally called me from 1-844-319-1130 claiming to be sprint I hung up on her when I told her I didn’t want to do any upgrades on my account right now. She lied and said if I didn’t I would lose internet access. I told her that was not how it works. I was too smart for her. She called back on the other number and got scared when I told her I was calling the real sprint to report her.

My cell phone received 5 calls from this number within minutes, a person named Alex left the messages regarding a application and said will call back in few seconds ( why in such short time) and he did... 5 calls in just less than 5 minutes!! I finally called back this number, the message says “ Sprint”, talked with a representative to confirm that we did NOT contact Sprint for any application. The representative asked for my SSN , that’s the time I said goodbye!!
