Apple cloud scam stating my. Info has been hacked.wanted me to go on laptop or computer so they can fix my server remotely and wanting my IP address.. When i questioned caller esp how they got that info. He became very agitated and started to yell at me when i told them I'll go to apple store close to me so they can look at it. He flipped saying they're just sales and I also would go to Verizon my carriwtand. I. Would change passwords remove personal info like credit cards and i would handle it from there.. He freaked out on me truly demanding that he would get. Info and Change.. I asked. Him my full name and he was unable to do so. So i hung ip

Same exact thing just happened now, they called me claiming they were Apple support in my iCloud account was hacked. They wanted me to log into a website. I hung up. And they tried calling me back several times

They have been calling me over and over again. Told them they were a scam and I was going to report this number. Guy hung up on me.

Same situation except I had just finished setting up my granddaughter new iphone then I get a call on my house phone telling me that my iphone has been hacked using tiny bank trojan. He wanted me to go to my cash app and deposit $2500 so they can get the ipaddress of the hacker when he attempts to take the money. I was skeptical and kept asking questions. He told me to log into my zoho assistant customer account so he can diagnose the phone. I did it but because started asking too many questions he started being address. He was in my phone when I call Apple support, and he heard the menu, asked me was I calling apple and I said yes. He started asking me for another number to call me to prove he was an Apple agent. I hung up when the tech it's a scam, hang up. I hung up and call back 6 times. I disconnect the call. Changing passwords on my accounts and contacted my bank and credit card companies to make them aware. Closed my cash app account too. This is so sad that they have access to everything and are sitting and waiting for the perfect opportunity to strike. I warned my family because they have iPhones too.

called repeatedly over two days and left messages. Screen just showed Apple, no inc., or logo. Said my icloud hacked. i finally called backa and call center answered. told guy I did not even know who they were and he abruptly hung up.

Claim to be from Apple, says your account information has been breached and they want to verify information... I dont even own an Apple device so I found it kind of funny that they were calling me to try and get my information.. After I told the person on the phone to take me off of there call list or I will report them to the cops, they hung up on me.

Apple product scam. I dont own nor ever owned an apple product.tourd with them. I have a test account and they kept telling me to change my pwd. they could not figure out why it wasnt working for them or me. tied them up for a good 45 min.

Definitely a scam! Caller (800-800-27xx) said this is Apple Support. Recorded message. Press 1 to speak to an Apple representitive. I pressed one and got someone from India saying they were in Cuppertino California. Grrrr! Bottom line - Apple does not make calls to people saying their information has been breached. The FCC and FTC have a lot of work to do! Don't fall for this!
