Person was polite. However when I called back out of curiosity to ask what town and state from which the call was coming another person told me "Sylvania". I pressed them but they would not say.

they wanted my to verify info on my husband. who has never been to emergency room . said the were trying to collect a debt. He has had insurance and doesn't owe any hospital bills

They keep calling for someone else. I have now contacted them twice and told them to stop calling me because I'm not the person they are looking for. If they call me again I will file a law suit against Transworld Services for harassment.

They called me asking for my personal information regarding an Emergency room visit. I have not visited an Emergency room in the last couple of years. I hung up on them and called the actual hospital and they told me they did not have anything on me in years. I told them to send me a bill and they refuse to send it they said I need to pay it whit my CC I sorry but I do not give my credit card.
