Not sure why this number calls me, but I never answer a phone number that I do not recognize. For those of you who use AT&T, they have an app called Call Protect that basically screens all phone numbers. If it notices it is a telemarketer, debt collector, spam caller, it will block the call. It has definitely helped with all the annoying phone calls.
