This is a debt collector. As everyone should know the original creditor has long since wrote this off to the irs and got paid. A dirty low down collection company comes along and says hey these people can be swindled into thinking they owe this debt to us now because we will buy this debt. so it's not who you owe it's who is trying to rob you and trick you that is who you are paying back. FACTS ????

Definitely medical bill collector. Likes to call early in the morning. They harrass me constantly no matter what I say or do. Very aggressive interaction even from the first call.I blocked them and they still manage to get through.
