Calls daily, leaves a message asking for someone who apparently had this number before I did a few months ago. The messages are from either a woman or a man..the man says "This is Joshua Williams, calls are recorded and may be monitored for quality assurance may I please speak with Max Bradshaw....hello...hello...Call being terminated due to no response.". after googling the number I find its a debt collection agency for utility bills. Before these calls started I got calls from an elec co in Tx leaving messages about shutting off someone's service for non payment.
