fake company trying to identify themselves as computer fixers (Scam call) reported by


This company changes its names and tactics --tells lies about your computer and makes claims that they will fix for varying amounts of money. I agree, never allow them to take control of your computer. They are liars and thieves. They call themselves by different names, they are foreign, or have foreign accents, and usually use scare tactics --such as you are under threat of immediate attack via computer.

They said I had a virus and wanted to help me. Then they asked me to "check for myself" They told me to login to supportassist.com. This would have allowed them to take control of my computer. DON'T DO THIS!

They called themselves Ambience Digital Solutions that have Asian accents, don't give in to what they offer because they will not give you solution but a lot of trouble, agents are very rude and difficult to understand
