Claimed that someone tried using my credit card on amazon for $3,000. Wanted me to get my cc info. I said I didn’t have it with me. Told me to not panic and his job was to reverse the charges. Kept insisting to know my cc number.

The human on the phone could not give me the name of the visa or master card that they were going to reduce my interest rate on, when I asked if they were a scam operation he said "you have lost my mind, must must be **** ****" I hung up the phone. A reputable company would not have reacted that way to a simple question

Person identified as from Visa Fraud Services and that we had a fraudulent charge for $600 on our Visa account. Our reply was that his voice was breaking up and that we would call Visa ourselves. (We called Visa to discover no problem.)

Call came in under my nephews phone number. I knew almost immediately it was not but played along pressing 1 to speak to an operator. He said his name was Bryan and that he was from Credit Card Services in Phoenix AZ and then I asked for his number incase the call was dropped. He provided 1-800-847-2912. Then when I mentioned that the call came through a family members ID he became irate and started yelling at me. I asked repeatly to remove my number from his marketing list and that I was going to report it to the local police in which he laughed and hung up.
