If any bank every calls you- get off the phone and dial the bank back at a number listed. "chase" rep forwarded me to zelle rep to cancel transactions from fraudulently opened chase account. When I told him I was going to call my private banker and run through the fraud info with him. *

They said someone tried to open a checking act in my name (Scam call) reported by


Person claimed to be from the fraud division and said they applied for a personal loan and opened a checking act in my name. They were foreigners with heavy accents. I believe it was a phissing scam. I do have a credit card through Chase. The number says it was Chase and is the right number. They gave me the names of two different women in two different states. It Didnt seem legit. I said I would call back. When I did it was chase an automated system that needed act numbers and last four of the social. So I cant verify if it was a scam or not.

I just got this call too, they wanted me to log into Zelle and add a "Cancellation Manager" number in order to stop this fraudulent charge to my account. They would not let me talk to this manager until after I had entered the number and added an account on Zelle. I told them I was not comfortable with doing this and he was very insistent. I ended up hanging up and blocking the number. When you look the number up online it does point to Chase so Im not sure how they are able to use that number.

I got the same call on the 14th. They wanted me to log into my bank and I said, that's it

I got the same call today from the same number. Once they said I should go on speaker and log into my account I said 'heck no' and hung up. Have received several more calls but I am not answering. Like the other above, I was surprised that the number was actually listed as a chase number.

Mostly, I don't pick up. This morning I picked up. The automated voice said Hold On, and then no one came on the line.

Car warranty about to expire, wanting you to purchase extended (Telemarketer) reported by


August 2019 - 8 calls October 2019 - 4 calls November 2019 - 11 calls December 2019 - 12 calls January 2020 - 6 calls (so far) Automated call, therefore I can't tell them to stop calling. I've blocked the number but it still shows up on my AT&T Call Protect iphone application in the call log. Isn't this considered harassment?
