I called the number back. when I reached a human he was rude. He said he was collecting a debt for EMT from July 23 of 2016. I did not use an EMT in 2016. I asked him the date again because it doesn't make sense I asked him if it was for me because I am the guardian of my mother. He Said: I said Cant you hear me, I said it was for ****, not ****. I explained again. he was still just as rude. he said I could call and confirm but he didn't give me the name or contact information. He wanted to set up direct withdrawal from me. I asked for a bill sent he still tried to ask for personal information. when I again asked for a bill, he put me back into the system. the woman that answered I explained again that I wanted a bill sent to me and that I had just spoken with someone. she asked for the last 4 of my social to find me. I told her that the other fellow found me with my phone number which I gave her again. she asked for my address my response was for her to tell me what she has. I confirmed since I want a bill. she was rude as well she

Not sure if scam but I don't trust it. Recorded message trying to reach <name> (not me), then telling me to go to a website or call a phone number to be taken off their call list if it's the wrong number.
