Called and told me they detected my computer had stopped working. I said my company's IT department would knew the issue if that's the case, and the guy responded "so it's a business?". I asked further what is the issue, and the guy said my IT department will be able to help.

Guy claimed to be calling from “Windows” about my computer. First of all Windows is an operating system, Microsoft is the company. I pretended I couldn’t understand him and he got mad and hung up as if I was the **** lol.
