Caller said that my computer identity has been taken over and wanted to show me how to block their control of my computer identity. I asked for her telephone number and then "googled" the number and found out is was a scam call.

The lady said she was from Google and was asking questions about my banking and If i used my cell phone to access my email or my computer. I told her i was going to talk to my bank and to the people who can help actually help me....she hung up

I found them on Google search for yahoo support and they helped me then chrged me $300 for 5 yrs contract. 3 Mos later they said I have been hacked and 500 more. Almost got sucked in again. Cancelled credit card b4 they could charge. Will report them to my bank and fbi.

name of the company is GAtechnocare technology they basically are scammers who have data of USA UK Australia the will also call you from internet generated calls and the no. will show of newyork or florida they will tell you something is wrong in your network or in your email id someone is trying to hampper your email from diffre t locations they will charge you every single time you give ACcess of your computer to them and their targets are only old aged people and the merchant name on which this fraud is basically alive are SOFT TECHNOLOGY ,TECHNOMATICS SOLUTIONS, ASPIRE MARKETING , this company is full or fraud masters so if you're a customer of this company please don't answer their calls because nothing is wrong with your computer they're just installing free softwares and charging you 400-500$ which is around 30000 Rupees in India a huge amount for these fraudster to make a good incentive i request to sue this company and old people please never give access of your computer they didn't even paid me me my salary so want them to be off

Always want more $, even after I paid for multi. year support!!! (Scam call) reported by


Got me to pay $200 for two year support. A week later, they reported that there was something wrong with my network and wanted $350 to fix it. Furthermore, they said my IP address was compromised by a person in Russia and that I couldn't just get another computer (because I offered to just use another computer due to this one being old), because my IP address (apparently) follows me everywhere I go (any where in the world), no matter what device I get on or use (??? basic networking says that is a lie). SCAM!
