I rate this as a Scam call; the person who called me sounded like he was in a call room in another country, and said it was about "fixing your computer." They have called me about 5 times in the past few weeks. This is the first time I answered. Now I'm sure it's worth avoiding. (How do scammers like this get an 800 number!)
