They called me says i have a warrent out for my arrest over a loan i never paid i asked them to send me the paper work of who i owe and as soon as i get it ill call you back they said ok that was a year ago same number 1 year latter i told them they need to talk to my lawyer and i hung up i called police i have no warrant no loans

That is illegal for a debt collector to say there is a warrant for your arrest. File a complaint with your States Attorney General. Also the Federal Government Consumer Protection Agency.
