He called asking for person information. said he was with Experian and was calling to lower my interest rates. I asked what a good number was to call him back and he said that he doesnt have one and that he would have to call me back. He asked for the expiration and other information on my credit cards ( i didnt give it up) deff scam. Came thorugh as a caller ID of capital one.

The caller ID name said Capital One, and the phone number is apparently one of their business account lines, but I don't have a Capital One credit card, business, personal, or otherwise. I didn't pick up; they didn't leave a message .

The number ID Was Capital One. The Caller Did Not Say He Was From Capitol One But Experian and Was Calling Me Trying To Lower My Interest Rates. (KEPT TRYING TO GET ME TO SAY THE WORD "YES"). I Told Him This Is Never Done Over The Phone and Only Through A Private Account Email and He HUNG UP. (SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!)

pre-recorded voice starts talking about lowering the interest rate on my credit card, never stated company name or type of card. I pressed an option to stay on the line to speak to someone, when the person answered, I asked what credit card the call was in reference to and a female said Visa. I asked for the company name and then asked why they keep calling me when I have repeatedly told them to remove my name from their call list. I was hung up on.
