My husband subscribed to the USA Today Sports Weekly for many years. He has passed away. I figured that if I did not renew the subscription that it would stop coming, but no such luck. So today I finally broke down and called the 800 number and explained the situation. She appeared to understand and said that they would stop the deliveries. A few hours later, she called back with her sales pitch, trying to sell me the entire week instead of once a week. I only answered the call because I thought that maybe she needed more information. I started crying and she just continued to tell me what a good rate she could offer me.
