The person stated they were a collector. Would not answer questions or provide me with a call back number. Kept being rude and speaking over me when I was trying to get some information to confirm her story. Repeatedly asked for payment while refusing to even listen to my questions.

rude people dont answer. but expect you to answer questions... not how we was thought to greet ourselves when calling other. How I was raised you call someone you start of with a nice greeting and identify yourself and state your business. nope non of that. just a bunch of childish immature games. grow up and call once you act like adults.

ERC They kept asking who I was and wanting to speak to me. (Call centre) reported by


I don't know what they wanted. When I answered the phone they started Screaming my name, asking who was they speaking to. I asked who they where, they never responded. They just kept asking who is this. So I hung up the phone. I ended up calling them back and got a answering service stating it was ERC and did I speak to a person. So I hung up. It seemed very fishy. I wouldn't advise even answering the phone what so ever. Beside once you do and you answer whether they are talking to whom they called for they wont stop. That's what im being told.

These people have beeb calling me multiple times a day (up to 7-8)! They call every day, even had the odacity to call me on Christmas Eve, Christmas and New year's! They never leave a message or say what or who they want to speak with. I will never answer or return a call to anyone with such disrespect and bad company ethics. No way! I am blocking their number after writing this review.
