Receive call from so call boa rep stating I had several declined transactions on my account and needed to change my pin to debit card..the fake rep text me a pin to read back to him ..he said this was so he could discuss my account with me. He was " typing" fast and hard and ignoring most of my questions. He attempted to transfer me to an " automated number" to get confirmation of my new pin he requested for me to enter. I hung up..called my bank and they confirmed this was a scam..these people going to HELL!

They said BOA (Telemarketer) reported by


For the second time, I received txt's saying that the # is my authorization code which expires in 10 minutes. If I did not request, ( I did not), to call 1800-933-6262. So I called the fraud division at BOA, from another number. They said my account had no activity. To ignore it. I will cancel my account. As this is not the first time. BOA clearly has some security issues. Also, it looks like from what read that this has been going on for some time, for people.
