CHASE calling to report fraud with my card. they did not ask for my phone or credit card info. only asked if certain charges were valid. I returned call to make sure and it is. sending a new card

okay I know people have reported this as a scam number this number is actually Chase cardmember services and Chase cardmember services is when you have a problem where somebody has charged your card incorrectly and you are calling Chase Card Services to dispute the charge and get your money back. the problem here is scam companies have spoofed calls to people using this number as the cover number so they can try to scam you. if you call the number on the back of your card they are the people who can confirm that you were called from Chase Bank card services if they did call you. They actually called me 5 minutes ago and it was not a spoof Call. Chase Card Services called me because I have a dispute for some bogus charges on my card. so don't make the mistake to think it's a bogus call instead make sure you call the number on the back of your card and actually confirm that it was your bank that called you and that way the problem is solved it is at that time that you will find out if you were scam called and the scammers were using Chase's real number.
