Same number got from customer service, their fax number to,. (Debt collector) reported by


Talked with the customer service person about this,told him I was at the store,paid my bill, the lady faxed my letter I sent to three places, and she should me on the computer, they got all my payments and I was good to go, and I told him this, and his people should have the exact same thing, then why I still keep getting these text messages saying they still haven't received my payment, but yet tell them a thing or to, and don't respond back.!?????????

Person never properly identified themselves or fully clarified their motives for calling and calls seemed slightly threatening and it was always a male caller who calls and leaves multiple messages.
