MANY OF THESE CALL NUMBERS SEEM TO ORIGINATE FROM THE SAME SOURCE OR CALL CENTER. When you get any kind of unsolicited calls (robo generated or not) and you get a live person from the caller, when they greet you or ask you a question you just respond "What do you lying cork soakers want to scam me out of today?" If they respond or not just keep repeating your opening phrase over and over and over whatever they say or try to respond with. Do this until THEY hang up. If we all respond like this to all unsolicited and illegal calls they will soon get the message. I do this with all unsolicited illegal calls whether if is from Microsoft about computer errors, the IRS or someone wanting to sell back braces or "Rachel" from credit card services. I am on the DO NOT CALL list so that makes them fair game Try it!

My mom answered and there was no one there. Caller ID has shown that at least ten times the same number has called. We're on the Do Not Call list - why doesn't it work.

Presidential Coalition/Citizens United (Political call) reported by


1-800-942-1970 belongs to "Presidential Coalition", which is a subsidiary of "Citizens United" (Tea Party/Ultra Conservative Republican Super Pac). Both companies are founded by David Bossie, who used to be the chief investigator for the United States House of Representatives Committee on Government Reform and Oversight during Clinton. They're basically raising money for the likes of Ted Cruz and company. Calling the 800# back and selecting to remove from call list does not work. Call the phone number in the following contact information for Citizens United (both operate out of the same office) and you will get a real, live, person. Let them know that their harassing phone calls have converted you into a Liberal lol. After the 5th call before 4pm, and this having gone on for two weeks now, I was beyond being able to maintain a nice attitude. She will take your phone number and remove you from the call list. Well, I hope they have a good reason to call me few times a day... Probably robocaller of some call center used for the Presidential Coalition. But if you dial this number and ask them they will delete you from their call list, easy...
