It's not a call center! It's a scammer... Wrong number too!!? look it up... It's not Chase!

Answered and it was a recording saying I was being offered a significantly lower interest rate on my current credit card. Then it said to press 1 to receive rate or my card would be canceled. Whatever.

EAW.

So sick of these calls. Keep pushing 1 to talk to a human but all I hear is music.

Everyone seems to be hung up on the fact that the number on their card is the same one as the Caller ID. This is a good time to remind people that Caller ID's can be faked. Remember your basic training. Your bank will NEVER call you and ask for your info. THIS IS A SCAM. Do not fall for it. If you did fall for it and you are here having second thoughts, report it to your bank immediately so they can monitor your accounts.

They called twice in a row, said it was Chase Bank and there were suspicious charges. Listed several for hundreds of dollars. Then asked for the expiration date and the last 4 digits of the card. Unbelievable how they're trying to scam people! I turned them in the to FCC and to Chase Fraud Bureau (the real one).
