When this number called me, no one was there. I called back, blocking my caller ID (prefix #31#), and they answered as "Chase Credit Card". Asked for my name, but I said someone called from that number and no one was there, and no voice mail was left. He couldn't give me any "information", since their "systems were being updated". Couldn't transfer me to a supervisor for the same reason. Probably a phishing scam, be wary...
