I didn't answer the call, but when I called back the machine recorded voice welcomed me to City card and asked for my credit card number which wouldn't done by legitimate bank. They wouldn't ask for your personal or credit card information. Fishing call, Scam call. Be aware!

2 days ago i got a call from a collections agency, then this call. an unknown 800 number that didn't engage when i picked up. it hung up, i called back, robot voice said "Welcome to Citicard (i dont have a Citi account) it said "Please enter your credit card number" no. after hitting 0 and # til the robot prompted through it said "Please enter your 9 digit social security number" no. i finally got someone at a call center. i stated i wanted my number removed, before i could finish, the girl on the other end said "i'll transfer you" then hung up. i call back. same rigamarole, get a guy on the other side, tell him i am reporting this number as a phishing scam and to remove my number.
