They contacted me as well. They wanted to check an atm withdrawal I made at Walgreens. The first time I tried to take out money it was denied. I tried again and it worked. HSBC wanted to confirm that I did in fact make these transactions. I was skeptical at first but it was a legit call. I'm going to miss HSBC bank. Starting the 22nd, I'll be banking with Citizens bank.
