BOA called in Chinese scam (Financial services) reported by


Received this call and the person on the phone claimed to be the BOA Chinese worker who speaks Chinese, saying that my information was used in Hang Zhou, China. Turned out the worker transferred my call to Hang Zhou PD, but they all have accents. They sounded like they are from Hong Kong when they speak Mandarin. I never had a BOA account so it's hella weird. They have a well-built method of telling lies such as card info and made me believe it is true before checking the number online.
