These guys are good. The part that I thought could be an issue with people getting tricked is because on my phone the ID caller said AppleCare. Since I didn't pick up, I checked on line the phone number and confirmed with Apple. Apparently if you call it back you do get AppleCare. If you pick up as a live call and now it becomes a scam. They hijacked the look of the AppleCare number on your phone but it is a scam. Don't pick up!

APPLE CAPITAL SERVICES (Scam call) reported by


Computer-generated voice stated, "Do not use your Apple devices until you speak with Apple support representative. Please refrain using any financial activity on devices in order to speak Capital Support representative right now. Please press one or else call us back on our toll-free number 1-800-998-5294. Thank you." Upon calling the number I was greeted with "Welcome to Support" then transferred to an Indian speaking man who said, "Thank you for calling the online Apple Support, how can I help you?" Not a valid Apple Support service!! Avoid at all cost.
