They wouldn't let me talk and threatened me with a supeana. They wouldn't tell me who they were or what company was after me, just demanded my social security number

HR Complaint (Scam call) reported by Smith
First this call only rang once then asked me to call 8447115939 so for fun I did, John Wright answered (yes I can hear the other calls in the background) he says he is from PS Financial. (Yup uh huh) he says I have breached a contract with my financial institution (I use 1 bank and 800+ credit score, I clearly have never breached anything.) but he continues by asking for the last 4 of my social to verify. HA HA (umm no) I offered to give him my attorney's info so he could serve me legally if he preferred and he replied "ok, have a nice day" and ended the call. Don't people have better things to do??

I received the same call, but they left a message. It was a vague message from a woman named " K. S. ". all she spoke of was a legal complaint and left a number to contact. 1-844-802-1868. that lead me to the "P.S. Group" that deal in litigation's. Someone named "A. S." filed a complaint against me, but they could only pull up the complaint with my phone number. Lots of red flags, I gave them no personnel info and now i'm trying to contact the federal trade commission about it.
