me and my friend sat through the call once you agree to it they send it over to a supervisor and try and set an appointment for a pitch, I am assuming for time share to receive a "free prize". it reminded me of the people in vegas that pull you off of the strip to sale you additional stuff.

I made the mistake of answering the call since the number they called is my work mobile. "you have won a free vacation! I bet you are wondering what the catch is..." I knew it was most likely for a time share presentation, so I interjected "I'm not interested, but thank you anyway" I then disconnected the call. They called me again a few days later, but I didn't answer and then blocked the number.

Same as all above I was called claiming I had won one of four prizes that I had entered into a contest or one of my family members entered for me first told me I needed to bring a spouse or myself only if I was employed and making at least $4500 a month it was weird that he told me he was going to connect me to his supervisor to go over all the details I had to go to some hour meeting in Draper. Scam wanting me to come to a hr and half in person long commercial for who knows what- time share probably. I got the address (Draper, Utah) and told the dude (Brian) I will pick up my "no obligation" prize at 7:45pm the next day. He didn't like that and told me to stay in high school. I am 43, I said. He hung up.

Same as others - wanted me to come to presentation in Draper UT for 1.5 hrs and I’d get a choice of 4 prizes. Call was abruptly interrupted by a supervisor (Brian 801-477-0506) I just said I’d have to call him back to schedule and I hung up.

Caller stated I had won a trip of my choice for entering a contest I never entered. He stated it was a contest being done at several stores and proceeded to list every store he could. He called me by a different first name and when I told him I'm not that person and don't know them he didn't care. He insisted it must be a spouse or partner that entered me and I told him there is no way they did, he didn't care. He then told me to come meet him and told me I had to bring a partner as this offer was for a couple. He tried telling me to meet him again where I go over everything and "walk away without spending a dime". I finally told him I was single, he got upset asking if I had a girlfriend or partner. When I said no he got even more upset and hung up.

I love it that you kept this scammer on the line for so long. It keeps them from messing with others! I finally got an app YouMail that promised to screen out these calls on my phone. It actually worked. I went thru to see what had been blocked today, and it turns out that this dumb thing had tried to phone 3 times!

Haha. I listened to him for about 1 min then while he was explaining the offers i can choose i told him I don't need anything from him and he said "then why are you listing just hang up." then hung up.
