They called for my spouse but refused to give any information at any level for a callback or what they were calling about. If they were medical as example they could still state they were a provider or collector etc etc. Just not what it's about specifically but still the company or whatever behind them. I have never heard of any type of company with that level of "privacy" that is not simply phishing for info.

calling about a debt, they kept phishing for a DOB, but as I told the lady on the phone, as with all privacy concerns and the amount of phishing happening daily from people such as herself, that I would not be providing information or verifying anything factual, While I do have cbe debt, how can they be trusted? if the caller ID does not say CBE Group, I'm not answering. "account services" on the caller id, would mean to me, that my phone provider is calling.

IHC (Scam call) reported by


First time they called. They asked for DOB. I said sorry i dont even know who you are. They stated Jamie Wheeler from IHC. I asked what the nature of the call was. They said it's a private matter and they need to have DOB first to verify who you are. I said sorry, you should have that. She said 'ok fine if you are not going to cooperate' and hung up. Second time they called. They stated from IHC and needed my DOB. I said what is this in regards to. She, different person than last call, stated it's personal matter. I said Sorry you need to tell me more given you are coming through as Spam. She said ok and something again similar to If you don't want to give this information. Definitely phishing for information.

They claimed to be a debt collector from IHC. I have no debt from IHC - I checked my account while on the phone with them. They phished for my birth date, address. Total SCAM - be very careful.
