I see where some folks described it as Verizon collections but Verizon will either leave a message or follows up with a text immediately, so I haven't a clue.

Pretends to Verizon but Verizon itself says it isn't, it's a sca (Scam call) reported by


Called it back after missing the call and it wants you to enter your phone number. Didn't seem right so I called Verizon and spoke with them. The number is not affiliated with them and is a scammer pretending to be a Verizon wireless worker.
