Sealed documents (Scam call) reported by

The lady mentioned I was going to be delivered sealed documents. Then she gave me a reference number and provided a number 855-550-4517 and said they will give me the details on my case if I called. She could give much info and tried to pass the call. I would never give out information to these shady people.

Pay Day Loan Reference (Debt collector) reported by

Called and explained a legal document was undeliverable and needed to set up a time when the document could be delivered. Gave me a reference # and transferred me to a mediator. Claimed I owed $600.00 to a pay day loan company. They knew my old address. SS# and B-Day. Changed some #'s to get me to verify. I stated the #'s were wrong but did not give real #'s (Note: only one # on both were wrong though). They apologized for having the wrong person and hung up. I would not give these people your actual information.

Unknown number (Telemarketer) reported by

she called and asked for my husband, I said I was his wife and could speak for him. They called my mother in law's landline too. She said something about what was a good number for his office so she could go over his documents with him. When I asked what it was about she repeated it. I told her I didn't know what she was referring to and she says very angrily, "Well never mind then." and hung up on me.

Claimed to give me a reference number regarding a civil matter. Number they gave me is not recognized for any form of civil dispute service. I'm not even in that state.
