PennyMac is my lender, so it's not exactly a random call, but they have begun calling me every day trying to get me to refinance. I never answer my phone unless I know the caller, but they leave a message. They've called me the last 3 days in a row. You'd think they'd figure out that I'm not interested since I haven't called them back.

An unwanted call from this Oxnard VOIP number arrived today. When the answering machine picked up, there was dead silence. This is the calling card of robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) who shamelessly prey on the public. The caller has been unmasked as Penny Mac, a known predatory lender. I'm soooooo surprised!!!!!!!
