This Newbury Park VOIP attempted a second unlawful contact since Jan. 2018 and left no message on the answering machine. Since robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) do this all the time, you should LET YOUR ANSWERING DEVICE TAKE THEIR PATHETIC CALLS. Many posters report this number as an ongoing source of "scam or fraud."

They called several times in the last couple of weeks, so I decided to answer. When I answered, I could hear a lot of background noise and someone trying to pick up the call. So I hung up.
