Wasn’t ICloud like others have stated. They tried claiming to be Capital One Credit with a breach of security. I don’t have any accounts with that company.... scammers

IT'S A SCAM DO NOT ANSWER DO NOT CALL BACK. APPLE DOES NOT CALL YOU, THEY DO NOT ASK FOR THIS INFORMATION. Too many grandparents have fallen for it even in our comment section they're debating it. It's a scam. It's not run by Apple, it has nothing to do with Apple, calling customers like this is not how they deal with problems.

I got a call saying it was SIri from apple an my cloud account has been breached. It was not the world famoous SIri voice everyone knows. Seems like if apple was going to have SIri make calls telling people their cloud account is being tampered with, they would nail the voice to the exact Siri. They said to call customer service and left a number, I didn't follow up as it seems like a scam.

Called me out of the blue to tell me there was suspicious activity on my account. When I called back, I heard a recording suggested if you received an unsolicited call from this number it’s a scam, and you can report fraud to the FBI. Then the number connects me to a woman who claims to be from Apple, so I ask what’s going on? She asks for my first and last name. She asks for my number. She asks for the account id, and that’s when I say, “I can’t just give you all this information after I just heard a warning that this could very well be a scam. I didn’t search this number out; this number called me unsolicited and told me there was suspicious activity with my iCloud account. I have to check my email to see if that’s really true.” Lo and behold, no emails from apple claiming any issues with my account at all. Just the regular charge for storage. So, basically, please be very weary if this number calls you. And, just a tip, maybe don’t call it back

Someone called from apple saying my iCloud was breached. I am also getting calls from Sam Diego apple number stating the same thing. Back to back it’s getting annoying.
