FirstQuote health. I was looking for possible vision and dental insurance online and clicked no thanks, i do not want a call and right away I get a call. I explained that I did not want a call I just wanted to look at options, he said that was not possible because it is not open enrollment. Told me how much the insurance would be monthly. I asked what it would cover and he said I would find out after purchase and could change the policy to a different one within 30 days of purchase. I said I wanted to know what I was purchasing before purchase, he said that because it was a private insurance and not open enrollment, I would get the information after purchase. I said I would like to know what I am purchasing and not be locked into something I dont want and be forced to pay more. He hung up on me! Now, they will not stop calling me! 5 calls today!
