Claim to be "Consumer Insurance Association"...SCAMMERS! (Robocall) reported by


These bottom-feeding **** keep calling my number despite my number already being on the DNC and the fact that i have asked them to remove me from THEIR list on several previous occasions. They present themselves as "Consumer Insurance Associates" and say they want to save you money on auto insurance (yeah, right, like they have to pester people to the point of tears just to get someone/anyone to buy their likely worthless products). They keep calling and calling, never leaving a message and Caller ID only shows the phone # and "Lockport, IL" but no company name. So I called them, several times today, and every time a different person answered with "Hello" and then a big pause until they realized a "potential victim" was calling and then they went into their canned pitch. It is so sad that people have to stoop so low to work for a company like this and that the company has not been shut down permanently. BEWARE OF THESE **** as modus operandae seems awful fishy top say the least! Pyramid scheme?? Shucksters? Identity thieves? Money launderers? Your guess is as good as mine!
