Imagine actually thinking this is a scam. You spend one second with your hearing aid in wrong, and because your brain is programmed into fight or flight from the moment you hear: "any financial contributions" or "selling anything", you do not actually realize that the person just told you that you were NOT being offered either of these. The phrase as it actually said: "Hello, my name is ____, I am calling from ___ on behalf of the _______. We are NOT selling anything or asking for any financial contributions..." Literally that's the phrase. You are not helping the world out by reporting a legitimate (GOVERNMENT RUN!!!) survey or throwing a temper tantrum because UHH MY GRAVY WAS ON THE STOVE AND YOU INTERRUPTED MY DINNER. Then you have the audacity to get upset when called again, because you do not have the forward thinking to say stop calling, or suggest a better date or time for the person to call you back.

Anyone who's not in my contacts list and calls me, unsolicited, at 10 in the evening is going to get cussed out. I figured you moronic govt. drones would have figured out when a good time to call is, but apparently not.

This is not sponsored by the State of Il or Dekalb County where the call originates from or any other county health department. It violates HIPPA laws. These type companies will sell your info to other companies that will target you. Also, there are other callers out there that will capture your voice print if you stay on the line long enough and duplicate it to AI (Artificial intelligence) and scam people you do business with and send you the bill. Naturally they use people with sweet little voices.
