Harassment, deceptive practices (Robocall) reported by


Woman's voice said, "the cardiology department urgently needs you..." while my child was still in the hospital recovering from heart surgery. We were on our way to get some sleep away from the hospital after quite a few sleepless nights. Pulled over and turned around to rush back to the hospital before they finally got to the "it is vitally important that you respond to this survey." Seriously? My kid isn't out of the PICU yet and already they're spamming our cell phones with surveys about our hospital stay. Not just that, but leading with wording that makes it sound like there's an urgent health issue in order to get us to stay on the line.
