7/2/2018 around noon today for the second call. I was in my pool trying relax after a difficult morning of stressful work. I returned the call and told them for I have had it. I was going to sue them in small claims, but their violations so many now at the statutory rate of $500 per call, that I am up to $20,000 of statutory violations, without the common law violations and punitive damages. the damage amount places the matter in a Court of greater power but one with more rules, costs, and effort. 7/2/2018 This so called Law Firm is calling my Google voice number regularly as well now, adding to the number of unsolicited calls. I do not know where they are buying their information but they need to reevaluate. Intentional tortfeasors such as this only understand getting sued and being forced to act. 7/2/2018. On a robo caller set now for 9:44 am and again at 2 pm every weekday. Staff no longer apologizes for the continued harassment. 6/29/2018 called at 10 am again. Called back and was told AGAIN I would be Now this spammer, an alleged law firm, is placed on their internal DNC. Now calling my KC Google phone number. It is leaving and / or attempting to leave, the same message. June 28, 2018. June 28, 2018 calls start again. 10:30 am. call #1. Called back and company would not answer phone. So now they are set up to harass without having to own up to their ongoing illegal actions. Repeated calls. today, June 27, 2018 and already two calls. a third call when I called back. complaint to same person..."Sir , we are a law firm for SSD claims" I told them again I was attorney. I told them I had a successful claim, I was the attorney. I told them to leave me alone for the 30 th time. Today two more calls while I was in appointments and could not answer. I called back spoke with foreign voiced female who profusely apologized but stated she had tried to get my number off their system. Today is 6/26/2018. Repeated calls. Today they admitted what they were doing was illegal and again allegedly removed my number from their system. I told the young man I was going to sue them. He laughed. Typically minimum of two calls. Today, 6/22/2017, 2 calls. Some days up to four calls. Originally, beginning of June, they told me they understood I had medical problems and I needed their Social Security Disability Services. The company is Citizen Disability. It is a law firm located in Waltham, Mass. I do not know how they obtained alleged personal information about me. It is not accurate. I am not seeking legal advice. However, I am a lawyer and what they are doing is directly soliciting business and using fraudulent means to do so. They are violating both common law and statutory law on direct solicitation of business. They are also violating DNC protocol of the FCC. I filed a complaint with the FCC. I am going to file another complaint with the MASS Bar. Also, I warned them another violation would result in a lawsuit. Today was that violation. I told them to stop calling me weeks ago and was allegedly placed on their DNC list. They claimed it might take, at the longest, 72 hours to remove my number and place it on their DNC list. It has been over two weeks and it persists. They interrupt calls and use up my available VM space as well. One young lady last week would not give me her name or the name of the business. She did acknowledge that she understood what I was requesting. Others refused to acknowledge they were a law firm or that they were calling on behalf of a firm. last week got a young man who gave me their address and unequivocally stated it was a law firm. Last night the young foreign woman laughed at the notion I was on the DNC list and on their own list and then amazingly went into the " speel " telling me I needed their legal disability services to pursue a claim with SSD. This has gone beyond reason and bad taste.

They claimed it might take, at the longest, 72 hours to remove my number and place it on their DNC list. It has been 240 hours and it persists. They interrupt calls and use up my available VM space as well. The young lady two days ago would not give me her name or the name of the business. She did acknowledge that she understood what I was requesting. Others refused to acknowledge they were a law firm or that they calling on behalf of a firm. Finally got a young man today who gave me their address and unequivocally stated it was a law firm. I am going to sue the firm if I receive even one more call.

Repeated calls. Some days up to twenty calls. Today every hour on the hour from 9 am forward. Today they told me they understood I had medical problems. As in none of their business. I filed a complaint with the FCC. I told them for the tenth time today to stop calling me. I told them I was on the do not call list again. The young lady today would not give me her name, but acknowledged she understood what I was requesting. Still calling despite knowing I am on the DNC list. I called back and they have recording that states it will take up to 72 hours to remove my number from their auto dialer.
